Update: Microsoft Services Connectivity Issue for AT&T Users (MO888473)

We wanted to provide an important update regarding the connectivity issue impacting Microsoft services for users connected via AT&T, as outlined in incident MO888473.

Issue Summary:

A change within a third-party ISP’s managed environment resulted in the disruption of services for users accessing Microsoft Office 365 (O365) and other cloud-based Microsoft services. This issue primarily affected users utilizing AT&T as their internet service provider.

Resolution Status:

The ISP has since reverted the change, and we are now seeing signs of recovery across impacted services. However, some users may still experience intermittent connectivity issues as the network stabilizes.
